1 Client: 


2 Situation: 

The GSI Group, a well-known Spanish real estate development company, was looking for a new way to market their most important residential promotions to allow for greater interaction with potential buyers. They were interested in a solution that allowed a presentation of their project in the most realistic manner possible, giving home buyers an exact idea of what the finished buildings would really look like. 

3 Solution: 

Virtualware developed an interactive virtual model that became a primary sales tool for promoting the first stage of the residential development of Torresolano, in Logroño, Spain. The virtual model of the new urbanization includes 282 new homes made up of single-family houses, townhouses and apartment buildings. Users can interact in three ways with the model: by taking an aerial flight over the entire residential development, walk at street level along the entire development as well as virtually visiting the interior of each of the 6 types of housing that GSI Group offers.

4 Results: 

The app was presented at the Bilbao Real Estate Salon, which took place at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC), using our 55” Atouch screen that allowed visitors to easily and intuitively access a whole host of interactive information about GSI’s promotion. Their stand quickly became a centre of attention as curious passers-by wanted to get in on the action of touching the interactive screen.
