2 Situation: 

For this project, we wanted to develop a pilot educational video game that helps disabled groups to become better adapted within society. The aim of the game is to achieve the highest possible degree of personal autonomy, improve social skills and self esteem as well as an increase the users knowledge.

3 Solution: 

Virtualware developed an educational video game for tablet devices that help people with Down syndrome to resolve situations in stores where a payments and return of money is involved. We did this by creating a very specific virtual scenario of a shop in a simple video game in which the user is faced with different challenges at the moment of payment. In order to gain points, the user must finish off the task, payment and receiving the right amoung of change, correctly.

4 Results: 

Kizzy actively enables young people with Down's syndrome to acquire basic social skills and knowledge through digital learning. Users learn through dynamic and interactive games and exercises  which require them to solve tasks using logic and experimentation.
